POWER 95.7FM BIGGEST LOSER CONTEST GUIDELINES 1. YOU MUST BE A REGISTERED CONTESTANT WITH POWER 95.7 PRIOR TO FEBRUARY 1ST TO PARTICIPATE IN CONTEST. CALL 532-2949 TO REGISTER. 2. ALL CONTESTANTS MUST WEIGH IN ON FEBRUARY 1ST UNLESS PRE-ARRANGED WITH POWER 95.7 3. WEIGH-INS DATES ARE: WEDNESDAY FEBRUARY 1ST WEDNESDAY FEBRUARY 8TH WEDNESDAY FEBRUARY 15TH WEDNESDAY FEBRUARY 22ND WEDNESDAY FEBRUARY 29TH WEDNESDAY MARCH 7TH WEDNESDAY MARCH 14TH WEDNESDAY MARCH 21ST WEDNESDAY MARCH 28TH WEDNESDAY APRIL 4TH 4. CONTESTANTS MUST WEIGH IN EVERY WEDNESDAY DURING THE ENTIRE CONTEST UNLESS PRE-ARRANGED WITH POWER 95.7 5. CONTESTANTS MUST WEIGH-IN AT DESIGNATED WEIGH-IN LOCATIONS. THERE ARE SEVERAL TO CHOOSE FROM FOR YOUR CONVENIENCE. YOU DO NOT HAVE TO WEIGH-IN AT THE SAME LOCATION EACH WEEK. 6. ALL PARTICIPATING WORKOUT LOCATIONS ARE AVAILABLE TO CONTESTANTS FROM FEBRUARY 1ST TO APRIL 4TH. 7. WEIGH-IN AND WORKOUT LOCATIONS WILL HAVE A LIST OF ALL CONTESTANTS, SO YOU CAN WORKOUT AT NO CHARGE AT THE PARTICIPATING WORKOUT LOCATIONS FEBRUARY 1ST THROUGH APRIL 4th . CONTESTANTS MUST SHOW ID TO WORKOUT AND TO WEIGH-IN. 8. WEIGH IN RULES: a. NO SHOES OF ANY KIND b. NO COATS, JACKETS, OR HEAVY SWEATS c. NO ITEMS IN POCKETS d. ONE LAYER OF CLOTHING 9. INDIVIDUAL WEIGHTS WILL BE CONFIDENTIAL UNLESS CONTESTANT CHOOSES TO SHARE WEIGHT PUBLICLY. 10. GRAND PRIZE AND TOP MALE AND TOP FEMALE PRIZES ARE BASED ON PERCENTAGE OF WEIGHT LOST 11. POUNDS LOST OF CONTESTANTS AS WELL AS PERCENTAGE OF WEIGHT LOST WILL BE AVAILABLE INFORMATION FOR PROMOTION OF CONTEST (SO WE CAN ANNOUNCE WINNERS OF WEEKLY CONTESTS AS WELL AS GRAND PRIZE AND TOP MALE AND TOP FEMALE CONTESTS AND WE CAN PUT ON OUR WEBSITE SO YOU CAN SEE HOW YOU ARE DOING IN THE CONTEST) (NOT WEIGHTS OF CONTESTANTS UNLESS CONTESTANT GIVES THEIR CONSENT) 12.
